How do I collect a stamp?
Redeem a festival offer at a participating venue. Staff will show you their QR code on printed material, a phone or a tablet. Scan it, create your passport once if needed, then tap “Collect my stamp”. Older printed codes may also ask for a staff PIN.
Do I need a passport to enjoy the offers?
No. You can redeem festival offers without an account or entering the prize draw. The passport is optional and is only needed if you want to collect stamps.
Can I scan the same place twice?
No. Each venue can add one stamp to your passport, preventing accidental duplicates.
When am I entered?
Once your third different venue stamp is verified, your prize draw entry is created automatically. There is no extra entry form.
